Dear colleagues,
we are proud to announce our first hands-on course on skull base and pituitary pathologies. The goal of this course is to teach neurosurgeons and ENT residents and specialist advanced techniques to approach the skull base in a minimal-invasive fashion. We aim furthermore to discuss the involved diseases. Thus, providing an interdisciplinary and global overview of important diagnostic, therapeutic and surgical steps in the treatment of skull base and pituitary pathologies.
Trainees will have the opportunity to work as a team of two per specimen. The stations will be equipped with endoscopes, drills and essential instrumentation. Several neuronavigation devices will be available during the course. A total of 15 hours of hands-on time will be available during the course.
An international faculty together with master lectures during a hybrid event with both virtual and live talks will provide the backbone of an exciting and enriching course.
We are looking forward to welcoming you to our beautiful city of Münster!
