Die im Jahr 2007 gegründete Arbeitsgruppe beschäftigt sich in enger Kooperation mit der Stadt Münster als Trägerin des Rettungsdienstes mit Fragestellungen der prähospitalen Notfallmedizin. Hierzu untersucht die Arbeitsgruppe mit den Mitteln der Versorgungsforschung, wie sich Strategien zur Verbesserung der Qualität von Notfallversorgung erfolgreich umsetzen lassen.
